7. Torta Caprese

Sometimes flourless chocolate cake can be overly fudgey and have flavor that leaves a lot to be desired. Along with its elegance, this cake is also make-ahead friendly and gluten-free. [GET THE RECIPE]

8. Olive Oil Cake

This cake is sweet but not too sweet, delicate but not plush, and simple but sophisticated. Olive oil, though it is usually a savory ingredient, works perfectly in this cake, adding complexity to its flavor profile. There’s a reason fans of this recipe created an unofficial Olive Oil Cake Club for people who have made and loved it. [GET THE RECIPE]

9. Gluten-Free Carrot Sheet Cake

Carrot cake is another classic that is adored by so many people. But, we wanted to make sure our members who eat gluten-free were able to enjoy it as well.
